The director of the research and development unit of this knowledge-based company said: This company produces a strategic product of hot and moving gas turbine blades, which are used in electricity generation and gas transmission.

This Semnan foundry company currently has 220 employees with an average age of 33 years.

The process of producing turbine blades requires complex knowledge and equipment, which the company’s research and development unit, with 3 permanent members and the part-time presence of 60 company employees from engineering, production, and even financial and administrative units, carries out the work plan and plan for producing new knowledge and designs.

The research and development unit of Pars Precision Foundry Company is in contact with 250 specialists and academics, and in the past three years, the production of 50 industrial articles, patents, signing memorandums of understanding with universities, and supporting student theses are among the activities of this unit.
