A metallurgical engineer is a specialist in the field of materials engineering who works by studying and analyzing the characteristics of various materials, including their chemical structure, mechanical, thermal, and electrical properties, strengths, weaknesses, and applications. They play a key role in the development and optimization of materials used in various industries.
