The Director General of Technical and Vocational Education of Hamadan announced the launch of the Melting and Casting Training Center in the Vian Industrial Town and said: The goal of this training center is to develop technical and professional skills and provide a skilled workforce.

Today, on the sidelines of the opening of the Melting and Casting Training and Skills Center in the Vian Industrial Town, Vaheb Mokhtaran stated: With the aim of training skilled human resources and empowering the workforce of industries and trades, the workshops allow production units to increase their educational and human resources potential and work in a specialized way.

Pointing out that applicants can establish inter-workshop training centers by receiving an official license from the Technical and Vocational Education Organization, he added: Promoting and increasing the number of training workshops alongside production and industrial units in Hamadan province will provide more and better conditions for sustainable employment and will also solve the problem of unskilled labor.

The Director General of Technical and Vocational Education of Hamadan Province, noting that 22 government centers and 217 private training centers are operating under the supervision of the Technical and Vocational Education of Hamadan Province, stated: In order to increase the skills training of the province’s workforce, 163 training courses were held for armed forces units in the first six months of this year, which are in line with the needs of the labor market.

Mokhtaran added in the end: A large number of people who participate in the skills courses of this directorate have sufficient skills to do the job, and based on surveys, more than 70 percent of technical and vocational graduates have entered the labor market and have jobs with the skills they have acquired.
