31 Iranian companies in the largest exhibition of metals, metallurgy and steel casting

The 16th International Exhibition of Iron, Steel, Machinery and Steel Products and Casting (Ankiros 2024), the International Exhibition of Machinery and Non-Ferrous Metal Products (Anofer 2024) and the Exhibition of Casting Products (Turkcast 2024) simultaneously from 19 to 21 September 2024 (29 to 31 Shahrivar 1403) was held in Istanbul, Turkey.

This year, over 1,000 exhibitors participated in these three simultaneous exhibitions, attracting experts and professional visitors from around the world.

In parallel with these three exhibitions, two simultaneous congresses were also held: the 12th International Foundry Congress organized by the Turkish Foundry Association (TUDOKSAD) and the 22nd International Metallurgy and Materials Congress by the Chamber of Metallurgical and Materials Engineers of Turkey (UCTEA).

These biannual exhibitions are regarded as the largest events for the iron and steel industries, non-ferrous metals, mining, metallurgy, and foundry industries across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.

The three exhibitions took place at the Istanbul Expo Center in the Bakırköy district on the European side of Istanbul.

This year, companies from Iran, including Mobarakeh Steel Company, Khorshid Alyazh Tehran, Hormozgan Steel Company, the Mobarakeh Steel Innovation and Technology Development Fund, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Automotive Sheet Company, MIDHCO Holding, GMI Company, Omid Alborz Steel and Aluminum Complex, Arfa Iron and Steel Company, Faransooyez Yezd, and others participated in these important exhibition events.

It is noteworthy that branding, export development, utilization of technical knowledge and advanced technologies, and understanding global markets were among the key topics emphasized by the Iranian experts present at the exhibition.
